There are several options for adding color to your creations.

NATURAL CORE WOOL FIBER
You can use the natural core fiber (which is a creamy off white color) and not add any other color to the project. This is wool fiber from several different sheep which is cleaned and blended together making it one uniform color.

NATURALLY COLORED WOOL FIBER
There are also several different shades of naturally colored wool. This is wool that comes from sheep that are naturally grey, white, black or brown. The wool is washed and processed and left the natural color of the sheep.

PLANT DYED WOOL FIBER
For those of you who want a bit more color than that but still want to stay true to Mother Nature, there are several colors available using natural plant dye. These colors are subtle and natural with a variegated tie-dyed look.

CHEMICAL DYED WOOL FIBER
Here are the bold rainbow of colors that pop out at you. There are many color choices and the color is uniform throughout the wool. roving is further processed, by removing all shorter fibers and aligning these long, finer fibers loosely in an untwisted fiber rope. These fibers have a smooth, soft and refined look which will add to the beauty of your felted piece.
