Coconut Graham Bars

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • butter cream icing (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Cook egg, brown sugar, butter and salt until dissolved.
Add graham crackers and coconut.
Mix all and pack the mixture into a greased 8X8 pan.
Optional: Ice with a thin layer of butter cream icing or glaze icing.

Sounds weird, but it's really yummy! kids like it too!
