German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 7 oz package flaked coconut
  • 18 1/4 oz package German chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz package powdered sugar

Mix pecans and coconut; spread in bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour batter into baking pan. Blend butter and cream cheese in large mixing bowl, adding powdered sugar slowly until smooth and creamy. Spoon mixture on top of cake. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Serves 10 to 12.
