Streusel Topped Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 Mrs. Smith's Pumpkin Pie
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Remove and discard paper circle from pie. Place frozen pie in pan on a heavy baking sheet. Stir together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle mixture over top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
