Shipping & Returns
Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All products herein will be invoiced at the current price in effect at the time of shipment. Sales Tax: All California residents must pay California state sales tax. Any transactions and/ or shipment made within California are taxable, even if the buyer is not a resident of California. Qualified businesses with a signed original California Resale Card on file with us at the time of shipment are exempt. Payment: Credit card accepted: Master Card, Visa, American Express, JBC, Discover and PayPal. Edinburgh will not disclose buyer’s information and credit card information to third parties at any time. Personal Checks: We reserve the right to delay purchase made with personal checks for up to 15 days from the receipt or until we receive a verified bank clearance. We recommend a cashiers check or money order for payment in advance. Export: Payment by credit card, wire transfer or PayPal is required in U.S. currency. Shipping: We offer shipment by U.S.P.S. UPS and other optional carriers may be used at customer’s request. Refused orders are subject to charges including transit fees, damages and possible cancellation of account. Returns: If you wish to return an item we must receive a notice before you make the return. We do not accept returns after 30 days from invoice date. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No exceptions. All returns could be subject to a re-stock fee of 20% from the total return amount) at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer store credit at our discretion. There are no returns on used or damaged goods unless found defective by us. Our Mistake: If for some reason the shipment is received incorrectly and it is our mistake. We will refund the full amount including the return shipping of the items to be sent back to us. Customers Choice: Items must be in the same condition as originally sent without use. You or your carrier is responsible for any goods until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that your use of a service that can track such as UPS, Fed-X, or traceable mail. Insurance is always a good idea if lost. Cost of the returns will be at your expense. Special Orders: We will accept special orders for products not normally stocked at the customer’s request. Full payment in advance is required for all special order products. There are no returns on special orders. Back orders We will endeavor to do our best to fill your order completely, we will ship items in stock immediately unless requested to be held until the order is complete. Should you wish to cancel back orders, please contact us immediately; otherwise all items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Availability: Certain items shown in the web site are limited and may not always be available for immediate delivery.
